Description: I Lost it at the Club! is an 8-week motivational & weight loss program, coordinated by the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association(IHRSA), designed to kick-start the renewed exercise programs of our dedicated club members, as well as those who may have taken time off for the holidays. Initial assessments will take place January 1-12, 2008 at The Mac and East Hills. | 12 WEEK 'GET FIT' CHALLENGE |

Description: Join East Hills amd The Mac in this one-of-a kind fitness challenge. Participants join together in teams of 3-5 people at the club of their choice. Each team will be assigned a personal trainer dedicated to a personalized workout plan for the next twelve weeks at their club. Once basic assessments are complete, the teams will meet once a week with their trainer. Participants will also enjoy weekly challenges, weekly emails and bi-weekly nutrition lectures throughout the 12 week challenge.
