Group Fitness Class Schedules
Over 200 Group Fitness classes are offered each week to appeal to a wide array of fitness needs. Group Fitness classes include BodyPump®, BodyCombat®, BodyFlow®, BodyStep®, Cycling, Pilates, Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Zumba and much more! Classes are energetic, fun with utilize motivating music. Class structure is monitored to ensure safety, effectiveness and provide enjoyable workouts for all members. Group Fitness instructors are certified by one or more of the following organizations: ACE, AFAA, Mad Dogg Athletics, Les Mills international, NASM, AFPA, YogaFit and Zumba. Our team members attend conferences, seminars, in-service trainings and workshops. They bring individuality, variety and excitement to every class they teach.
