Children will learn how to safely strengthen and tone their growing bodies while gaining self-confidence and having a good time.

If you are between the ages of 11 and 12, sign up for a Youth Orientation to the Fitness Center.  A fitness instructor will guide  you through the proper etiquette and technique in the Fitness Center. Upon completion of the series, you will be able to utilize the Fitness Center with your parent (or adult supervision).            


Kidfit
Kidfit

Kidfit is a great way to introduce your young child to fitness.  Each class consists of games, exercises and movement activities.  At East Hills and The MAC, children can be shuttled from the playroom so parents do not need to interrupt their workout. 



Martial Arts
Martial Arts
Learning a Martial art can be a great confidence builder for children.Our clubs offer Judo and Tae Kwon Do for children ages 7 and up.

New this summer at Orchard Hills! ABRAKADOODLE® Art camps for ages 3-13. Each week offers a fun-filled, creative theme. Taught by Abrakadoodle instructors.

Join our experienced staff for a gym class with other home-schooled children in our area. Children are divided into appropriate age groups to play a variety of active gym sports. Junior Youthfit is for ages 4-5 and Youthfit is for ages 6-14.
