Our martial arts instructors are certified 3rd through 6th Degree Black Belts. Classes include Tae Kwon Do, High-Belt, Judo and Tai Chi.

Description:
East Hills Instructor : Masoud Barissi (3rd Degree Black Belt) MAC Instructor: Arvind Vora This three-month, twice a week program teaches the traditional style of Tae Kwon Do. Tae Kwon Do is a Korean art of unarmed self-defense It employs foot (Tae) and hand (Kwon) techniques of the martial art (Do). It combines vigorous physical and mental disciplines. Benefits of practicing Tae Kwon Do are enhanced concentration, flexibility, strength, ambidexterity and self-confidence to name a few. Students will test for advancement only after the completion of the three-month program. Come join us for fun-filled Tae Kwon Do classes. See you there!
