Gymnastics is for all ages and abilities. It is a great precursor to all sports because it focuses on strength, flexibility, coordination and self confidence.
Pre-registration is required for these classes

Description: Headstands, handstands, cartwheels, backbends, and much more! Your child will concentrate on the basic skills of gymnastics and enhance their coordination and strength while staying fit and having fun! This program will excite your child as they will become aware of their own body and what it can do!

Description: This camp will be similar to the summer gymnastic camps ran at Orchard Hills only with more equipment! We will do gymnastics skills and then swim. Come join the fun. Bring a water bottle, swimsuit, towel, and a snack. Sunscreen not necessary! Show on Friday.
