YouthFit/Homeschool
This Physical Education Program is for the home schooled youth in our community. Every semester we introduce a variety of sports and games that incorporate fun with fitness. We emphasize the importance of exercise and encourage the participant to involve themselves in daily fitness activities. Junior Youthfit is for ages 4-5 and Youthfit is for ages 6-14. Description: Youthfit is an opportunity for the home-schooled child to be involved in a weekly physical activity. They will be introduced to a variety of sports and games, keeping them active and fit in the process. Physical fitness testing will be available to the older children so that they can track their progress. All participants may also take part in a 'Runners Club'. Good sportsmanship is emphasized with a focus on fun and exercise enjoyment.
