Is it time to mix it up? Bored with your current routine? Join us in the Fitness Center for 30 minutes of group instruction, fun and fitness. A member of our personal training staff will lead you through a 30 minute strength and cardio circuit using the strength machines, body weight resistance and tubing to leave you feeling refreshed, energized and ready to take on the world.
