Cancer Well-fit™ ProgramThe MAC and East Hills in collaboration with The Lacks Cancer Center of
Saint Mary's offer an exercise program for individuals dealing with all
types of cancer. This 10-week program meets 2 times per week and under
the guidance of Certified Personal Trainers. The class focuses on
strength training to decrease fatigue and increase overall strength.
Upon completion of the program, all participants and their support
person have full membership privileges for an additional 4 weeks.
