
Stress Release TherapyOriginally developed and taught in war - torn countries, the TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) method of stress - release will help to restore and rejuvenate your muscle tissue back to its more healthful state. You will be lead through a series of exercises in a quiet environment, designed to specifically release stressful energy deep within the muscle tissue leaving you feeling renewed and peaceful.
